This seasonal Cheddar & Jalapeño Sourdough is naturally leavened and slow-fermented for a light, airy crumb and a subtle sourdough tang. Generous chunks of sharp, mature cheddar melt into the dough, while jalapeño adds just a hint of gentle warmth — enough to enhance the flavour without overpowering it.

Baked to a deep golden crust with pockets of caramelised cheese throughout, it’s savoury, rich, and wonderfully moreish. Available for a limited time only.
